Volvo has modestly revised the front fascia of the Volvo XC40, staying true to its Swedish minimalism heritage. The headlight housing is now slightly more streamlined.
Because Sweden is a Nordic country, its LED DRLs are named after the Norse God Thor. They are also known as Thor’s hammer and have undergone a little alteration. The XC40 Facelift now comes in two additional colors: Fjord Blue and Sage Green.
Other changes include the front bumper, which now has more cuts and wrinkles, and fog light housings. However, Grille is the same.
The sporty R-Design trim level is not available on the 2023 Volvo XC40 Facelift. The XC40 Facelift currently lacks elegant 18″ alloy wheels and a dual-tone finish, with only one fully-loaded B4 Ultimate grade to pick from.
